So, how does fingerprint recognition system work? Fingerprint recognition device is mounted on a wall or turnstile systems where personnel enter and exit. Personnel fingerprints are defined to fingerprint reader.

When the personnel read the fingerprints, the fingerprint reading device records the read fingerprints to the memory and sends them to the fingerprint reading system program at any desired time.

On the software of fingerprint reading system, it can be displayed the personnel, entry and exit times, who are early leavers and late comers as well as system prepares the salaries  and calculates the net salaries to be paid to the working employees and staff at the end of the month.
