ON GATE SWING AUTOMATION 412 FAAC Swing gates The 412 is for residential swing gates with single leaf length of up to 1.8m The 412 actuator is non-reversing, so it is self locking in open and closed positions. Quick and easy to install with no need for expensive modifications to the existing load bearing structure. Use of electro-mechanical technology makes the FAAC 412 ideal for light duty applications. Anti-crushing protection is ensured by an electronic device installed on the FAAC control board that directly controls the operator torque. In case of emergency the release key makes it possible to operate the gate manually. The 412 cuts down maintenance requirements considerably. Reliability is assured under all atmospheric conditions and in an outdoor temperature range of -20oC to +55oC.
