تحديد امكانيات قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بالبصمة والاحتفاظ بنسخة بديلة من قاعدة البيانات حتى لا تتعرض للتلف فى حالة عطل الجهاز او استيراد قاعدة بيانات مختلفة لاى جهاز مختلف. خامسا : امكانية اضافة اى عدد من الاجهزة من خلال الاتصال الشبكى حيث من الممكن التحكم فى اكثر من 100 جهاز من نفس البرنامج مع تسمية كل جهاز بمكان تواجد ذلك الجهاز. سادسا : اضافة المواعيد الرئيسية للحضور والانصراف واعطاء صلحيات للدخول المتاخر من 5 دقائق الى 60 دقيقة وتحديد وقت الانصراف بدرى من 5 دقائق الى 60 دقيقة. سابعا : تعريف الورديات : امكانية اضافة ورديات لكل موظف او كل ادارة او كل شعبة داخل الادارة وذلك من خلال تحديد
